The standalone nature of the product is disappointing since it cannot be seamlessly integrated or linked with other workstation software. It cannot be used as a desk accessory and has no links to spell checkers or thesauri. Also, the absence of online help and user feedback via highlighting and the awkward nature of windowing leaves significant gaps in the interface.
