Split decision?

The mandatory mediation program introduced by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) has altered the way insurers handle statutory accident benefits disputes and has cut the cost to insurers. Insurers now have in-house personnel who build careers out of attending FSCO mediations.
