Participants of the 32nd Aspen Institute Conference on Communications Policy explored policies for the new media landscape and identified two issues stakeholders should confront going forward: inclusion and content quality. Conferees grounded their recommendations in current Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai's statement of principles - digital empowerment, the need for ubiquitous Internet access, the power of competitive free markets, and light-touch regulation. |
