In addition, passion assures that the tasks are done in an excellent manner. The Master Entrepreneur is passionate because the opportunity is aligned with his/her personal vision. The Master Entrepreneur also sees to it that the tasks to be done by the other implementers are aligned with their personal visions. In this manner, the opportunity "seizing team" shares the passion of the Master Entrepreneur. Next are shared values. The Master Entrepreneur enlists implementers who share the same values. The Master Entrepreneur shares the values that govern the implementation and the enterprise. Values become important during moments of truths. The values of the enterprise are mirrors of the personal values of the Master Entrepreneur. During opportunity seizing, many decision points are met. Given the same situation, it is only shared values that will make decision-making consistent. The Master Entrepreneur's life is like a treadmill. After the opportunity sought has been screened and seized, the Master Entrepreneur is again off to another cycle of the three OS. Whatever opportunity has been seized will be stabilized.
