Under the MOA, she noted, the NHA will assist the cooperative in the evaluation of the identified site as to its sustainability for housing project and feasibility as a viable housing site; assist SMMPCI in securing a Land Conversion Certificate from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) and in the preparation of the project feasibility study, particularly along design and specifications to include the detailed engineering and cost estimates; review the subdivision development plan prepared by the cooperative and assist in securing its approval together with the permits, clearances and licenses necessary to undertake the project; and assist the cooperative in the local documentation of the project, among others. |
