Encouraging your team members to surface their struggles and revealing your own creates an environment where you can help each other to reframe your own situations and work towards solutions. 3 Encourage learning We know that in engaged teams, a climate of growth pervades, where close-knit team members trust and support each other, both personally and professionally. Virtual team meetings can be used to kick off shared learning, by asking a team member to lead a discussion of what new ideas or innovations they have tried and what they have learned from their experimentation.
