Spencer's Dock rides again: Urban Initiatives will revise master plan following rejection of previous scheme

A fresh master plan for the redevelopment of Dublin's troubled Spencer's Dock area has been commissioned by the Dublin Docklands Development Authority. The move follows the rejection by An Bord Planala of the bulk of Treasury Holdings' scheme for the site by Kevin Roche.
