DEBATE: Does the disabled lobby have too great a say in planning?
Would London and other big cities not be better served by an appropriately sized, free service of fully wheelchair-accessible taxis, as opposed to the insistence on all black taxis having a cumbersome and rarely used manual ramp? Would not the same appropriately designed taxi then drive more respons...
