Summary: | MKFG) has agreed to pay Coeur d'Alene-based Continuous Composites Inc. $25 million for patent infringement, according to a settlement and patent license agreement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The settlement agreement is currently pending before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. According to the settlement and patent license agreement, Markforged, a Waltham, Massachusetts-based company that produces and sells 3D printer materials, software, and other related services, will issue an initial payment of $18 million to Continuous Composites by year-end; $1 million by Dec. 15, 2025; $2 million by Dec. 15, 2026; and $4 million by Dec. 15, 2027. |
