Rising cable rates rile consumers

Consumer groups have petitioned the FCC to freeze cable TV rates, while the cable industry has rallied to defend rate increases. Pending congressional legislation to freeze cable rates and the industry's efforts to defeat any attempt to continue cable regulation are discussed.
