Summary:Internal mammary artery (IMA) to pulmonary artery (PA) fistula is a rare complication of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) that may present as myocardial ischemia. We describe a case of left IMA-to-PA fistula treated with balloon expandable coronary polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) graft stents and review previously reported cases of this entity.
