Summary:Primary central nervous system lymphoma is one of the most infrequent brain tumours, accounting for 3% of primary central nervous system neoplasms. In addition to its low prevalence, clinical presentation is usually nonspecific, leading to diagnostic delay. Intraocular involvement occurs in 15% of cases, and disease onset in this location is even rarer. We present a case of a patient with intermediate uveitis as the first clinical manifestation of this neoplasm.
