At previous study, LD0 values of Mb1, were estimated more than 5,000 mg/kg in male and female rats8). The object of this study was to evaluate acute toxicity in male and female rats after single oral administration of Mb2, a metabolite of MOM. It is concluded that LD0 values of Mb2 were estimated more than 5,000 mg/kg.
