Summary:Although very rare, cystic adenoid carcinoma (CAC) should be considered as a differential diagnosis for any lung tumor arising from the bronchial glands. The diagnosis is typically confirmed through histological examination, and treatment is primarily based on surgical intervention. In this report, we present the case of an 82-year-old male with primary CAC of the lung.
