Summary:Hope for Dystrophic Hearts In article number 2305927, Hoe‐Yune Jung, Johan Auwerx, and co‐workers introduce cyclo histidineproline (CHP) as a new promising treatment for diverse myopathies, including the rare Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and the increasingly common age‐related sarcopenia. The study shows that CHP improves muscle contractility and reduces fibrosis in DMD, while lessening muscle atrophy in aged mice.
