Summary: | 3D Epithelial Tissue Production
In vitro tissue models are a valuable tool for regulatory evaluation of drug candidates prior to clinical trials, but challenges such as standardization and cost hinder their adoption. In article number 2406608, Jan Hansmann and co‐workers describe the ReBiA system which uses a dual‐arm robot to automate laboratory processes, ensuring consistent quality of tissue models and reduced costs. As a result, automated production supports the reduction of animal testing. |
