Fatal pulmonary fibrosis occurring during treatment with cyclophosphamide

Pulmonary fibrosis is an uncommon complication of drug treatment and has been reported in association with many cytotoxic drugs. The authors describe two patients who developed pulmonary fibrosis while receiving cyclophosphamide for glomerulonephritis.
