Treatment of T cells with neuraminidase did not effect T cell-mediated spontaneous cytotoxicity (SLMC) or antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). Our results indicate that T cell Fc receptor phenotypes can be modulated in vitro without significantly altering their functional capacity. |
