MRI in predicting curative resection of rectal cancer: Does post-neoadjuvant MRI have a role?
The preliminary results from our data for a study assessing the outcomes of neo-adjuvant therapy for rectal cancers also show that the post-neoadjuvant staging scans do not accurately match in a sizeable proportion of patients with the final histological stage.
