Description
Summary:We describe the case of a 42-year-old man who presented with dyspnea on exertion and a history of anticoagulation therapy for what was thought to be pulmonary arterial thromboembolism. He underwent surgery for obstruction of the right ventricular outflow tract. This is a very rare case of an intimal sarcoma of the pulmonary artery, which we confirmed by pathologic studies.
