Polymicrobial keratitis
The typical raised dry infiltrate with hyphate margins, which is so characteristic of keratomycosis, was modified into wet looking necrotic infiltrate in some areas; epithelial defect overlying the infiltrate showed extension beyond the infiltrate in some areas.
