Secondary bronchiolitis obliterans organising pneumonia in a patient with carbamazepine-induced hypogammaglobulinemia

Histological examination by trans-bronchial lung biopsy showed intraluminal fibrosis of distal airspaces with foamy alveolar macrophages, suggesting bronchiolitis obliterans organising pneumonia (BOOP).
