Summary:This program uses an interactive videodisc attached to an IBM InfoWindow system to teach the major risk factors for breast cancer, and the methods used for its early detection. The program is designed to function on two levels - one for medical professionals and one for non-professionals. As part of the program, a mannequin with electronic sensors connected to the keyboard interface of the computer is used to teach the proper technique for breast examination.
