Description
Summary:Dear Editor, We have developed a method that achieves a faster and more thorough ablation of cellular proteins by integrating RNAi and protein knockout techniques (Figure 1A). While this combination approach is generally applicable to any target protein, it is ideal for those that cannot be sufficiently eradicated by RNAi and for long-lived proteins that endure well after nascent protein biosynthesis has been halted.
