We studied the transport of plasma apoB within 21 distinct subfractions as separated by anti-apoC-III and anti-apoE immunoaffinity chromatography and ultracentrifugation in 9 patients with moderate hypertriglyceridemia and 12 normotriglyceridemic control subjects.
