Summary:Menstrual migraine (MM) pathogenesis has not yet been clarified, even though several hypotheses have been formulated. In the present research, we investigated cerebral blood flow in 15 patients with MM. Brain SPECT was performed in the middle of the menstrual cycle and during an MM attack.
