Low doses of flagellin-L2 multimer vaccines protect against challenge with diverse papillomavirus genotypes

Highlights • Fusions of flagellin with L2-concatemers protect against divergent HPV challenges • Passive transfer studies suggested protection is antibody-mediated • The flagellin-L2 elicited cross-protection by vaccination with 3 doses as low as 1 μg.
