Biologic predictors of serologic responses to HPV in oropharyngeal cancer: The HOTSPOT study

Highlights • Abs to the HPV16 proteome were measured in 116 cases of OPC and 81 controls. • Serum Abs to HPV16 early Ags were detected in 90.6% of HPVOPC cases and 7.4% of controls. • Seropositivity to E6 and E2 was associated with oral HPV 16 copy number.
