Summary: | Unicuspid aortic valve (UAV) is an extremely rare form of congenital aortic valvular abnormality. In this report, we are presenting a 42-year-old male with severe aortic stenosis associated with unicommissural UAV. The patients underwent a successful Bentall operation. |
