Draft Genome Sequences of Candida glabrata Isolates 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B

Here, we report the draft genome sequences of six isolates. The isolates were taken from blood samples from patients after recurrent infection. Two isolates were taken from each of three patients a minimum 3 months apart.
