Summary:Chondrosarcoma is a rare malignant cartilaginous tumor of the head and neck region. It is a slow-growing tumor and is mostly detected in the anterior maxilla and the base of the skull. We report a case of "Grade II Chondrosarcoma" of the posterior right side of the palate invading maxillary sinus and perforating the floor of the orbit.
