Description
Summary:Dear Editor, We report a resuscitated case of cardiopulmonary arrest (CPA) following massive hemoptysis due to a ruptured thoracic aortic aneurysm (TAA). B, Contrast‐enhanced chest computed tomography scan revealed the leakage of contrast material from a thoracic aortic aneurysm (white arrow) and consolidated lung tissue adjacent to the aneurysm. Lai et al. reported that a transfemoral endovascular balloon was useful in a patient with impending CPA following a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm.
