Learning points Clinicians should consider immunobullous diseases, such as bullous pemphigoid and pemphigus vulgaris as a cause for chronic mucosal lesions at genital sites. Genital involvement in pemphigus vulgaris (PV): correlation with clinical and cervicovaginal Pap smear findings.
