Description
Summary:Patients presenting to the hospital with esophageal food bolus impaction often need urgent upper endoscopy. We present a unique transoral endoscopic approach for esophageal food bolus disimpaction in a patient with microstomia and trismus resulting from chronic graft-vs-host disease.
