Ozone-induced enhancement of airway hyperreactivity in rhesus macaques: effects of anti-oxidant treatment

O 3 -induced airway inflammation and increased airway hyperreactivity, characterized by selective ILC2, CD1c + mDC and Th cell activation in asthmatic rhesus macaques, was inhibited by pre-treatment with a synthetic lignan (LGM2605).
