In this article, we report an exceptional case, who had been treated unsuccessfully with a combination of anti-inflammatory/immunosuppressive therapy and thrombolytic agents, to discuss the poor prognosis of pulmonary artery aneurysm accompanying intracardiac thrombosis in juvenile BD.
