Dysplastic Erythroblastic Islands in Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH)

A 26 years old primigravida was found to have severe pancytopenia at 31 weeks of gestation. She was essentially asymptomatic and physical examination did not show any abnormality other than pallor.
