Summary:Vitals signs in the ED were: temperature 36.8 °C, heart rate 85 bpm, blood pressure 107/59 mm/Hg, respirations 18, pulse oximetry 100% on room air. D-dimer 17,300 ng/mL, c-reactive protein 4.8 mg/dL, high-sensitivity troponin-T 23 ng/dL, basic natriuretic peptide 612 pg/mL, ferritin 813.8 ng/mL, fibrinogen 106 mg/dL, lactic acid 5.8 mEq/L, and IL-6 19 pg/mL.
