Vascultis Unravelling Hairy Cell Leukemia
A 52-year-old man presented to the dermatology clinic for evaluation of a generalized partially blanchable dusky erythematous maculopapular rash (Fig. 1a) associated with fever for 1 week. The skin biopsy was compatible with leukocytoclastic vasculitis (Fig. 1b, c).
