This paper presents the results of a pragmatic, prospective, observational study to evaluate outcomes of non-operative (NOP) versus operative (OP) management of blunt abdominal solid organ trauma in hemodynamically stable adults admitted to Tanta University Emergency Hospital (TUH) in Egypt.
