PAR 21-293 states that, as part of the Strategic Management Element, “Each CTSA hub is required to engage in D&I activities to support innovative approaches to identifying, understanding, and developing strategies for overcoming barriers to the adoption, adaptation, integration, scale-up and sustainability of evidence-based interventions, tools, policies, and guidelines” with the goal to deliver the benefits of translational science to all.
