Summary:Primary sclerosing cholangitis is an uncommon condition with few cases reported in pregnancy. We present the case and outcome of a 28-year-old female presenting in her second pregnancy with new onset liver dysfunction, eventually diagnosed with primary sclerosing cholangitis.
