Here we describe a case where bronchus suis was visualized by fiberoptic bronchoscopy performed intraoperatively for the evaluation of desaturation and management of endotracheal secretions. It is important for anesthesiologists to consider the possibility of tracheal bronchus in patients with acute respiratory compromise.
