Description
Summary:Here, the co-membrane system of MCF-7 breast cancer cell membrane (MM) and Escherichia coli membrane (EM)-coated Fe 3 O 4 /MnO 2 multifunctional composite nanoparticles loaded with DOX (Fe 3 O 4 /MnO 2 /MM/EM/D) was used for targeted drug delivery and biological imaging. Fe 3 O 4 /MnO 2 biomimetic nanoplatform has good Fenton catalytic activity and photothermal conversion efficiency, combined with good targeting ability, which can be used to improve the therapeutic efficiency.
