Summary: | Here, a molecular semiconductor composite was assembled by integrating atomically precise Ti

-oxo clusters and phosphotungstic acid (PTA) into a cocrystal system. A molecular heterojunction was demonstrated to form between the two units, which allows the charge separation efficiency to be enhanced, resulting in a two-fold increase in photocatalytic activity for cyclohexene oxidation compared to the physically mixed composite.
