The SST mechanic will have new and larger facilities, will handle bigger and heavier equipment, will learn to maintain airplanes still hot with residual heat, and will learn to maintain and repair that new metal titanium. Yet, the mechanic will find the SST maintenance and repair the best planned and organized of any airplane program to date. |
