Summary:The objective of this work is to present the finite element analysis of a medium truck, allowing the visualization of the chassis stresses and deformations, due to various loads (vertical, torsional, lateral and impact loads), simulating some special tests performed in the Proving Ground. The main goal of this analysis is to design a more reliable truck chassis, reducing the number of failed parts in the durability tests.
