Summary:This article argues the experience of management for regional development. It takes as a reference the implementation of the Development Forum and the Development Agency of the Association of the Middle West Cities of Santa Catarina State (Admoc). At first, the analysis methodology involved documentary and bibliographical revision; afterwards, data referring to the Admocs performance was analyzed. Finally, this article presents considerations about such network- joint experience aiming regional development. Key words: Regional Development; Network; Local Power. O objetivo deste artigo e discutir o que e gestao para o desenvolvimento regional, e para isso analisa a implantacao do Forum de Desenvolvimento e da Agencia de Desenvolvimento da Associacao dos Municipios do Meio-Oeste Catarinense (Admoc). Inicialmente, a metodologia utilizada consistiu numa revisao bibliografica e documental, e, em seguida, no exame de dados sobre a atuacao da Admoc. No final, sao apresentadas consideracoes sobre essa experiencia de articulacao em rede para o desenvolvimento regional. Palavras-chave: Desenvolvimento Regional; Rede; Poder Local.
