Summary:The method of global optimization is suggested for solving the problem of optimal heating with phase constraints. The method is a modified random search method with non-uniform probability distribution of the next test, which is localized in the neighborhood of the global maximum with increasing number of steps. The method is based on the process dynamics and the localization probability measures.
