Description
Summary:In this work technology, design and testing method for lead determination in biological liquids and environment on the basis of inkjet printed disposable sensor are considered. The measurement was based on anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV) implemented as planar three-electrode system. An advantage of ASV manifested in increased sensitivity due to preconcentration stage on working electrode. A comparative study of copper and bismuth working electrodes applicability was carried out. The limit of detection (LOD) of the engineered sensor was 70 µM.
